- Pls noted that the machine and accessories shipped from China will cause tariffs, you must well learn about your country’s tariff policy. All the Kywoo 3D Printer products including accessories selling default FOB trading terms. Buyers must take responsibility for all kinds of taxes in their country. If Shipped from the local warehouse (US/CA/GE/UK) have no import tariffs required. But please pay attention that tariffs are not covered if shipped to countries like Switzerland and Norway from our GE warehouse.
- There’s options that accessories can shipped from China or send from overseas warehouse, please select the state warehouse if in stock.
- All the packages have specific tracking number information.

FAQs about Kywoo Orders/Deliveries /the COVID-19 virus
1. Whether global free shipping or allowed?
Pls noted that our product is not global free shipping. Due to Express company's different charge standard in different countries, Free standard shipping is only available for part of the countries. We will charge for additional shipping cost when ship to remote country/area, or remote area fee will be charged by carrier.
2. Why do I need to pay for remote area fees?
Due to Express company (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc.) delimit different areas as remote area based their standard. So we do not know whether your address is a remote area before we get your address information . Customers will need to pay for remote area fees if ship to remote area.
3. Why my order always does not have detailed tracking information?
Please learn that it probably need 1-3 days to handle the order after you finished payment, then we will send it to Express company. The Express company will help check and records, then arrange delivery. And due to the current control measures applied in global aimed at avoiding the diffusion of COVID-19 virus, shipments and track info may be delayed. Thanks for your understanding.
4. What's the status of my order and delivery?
You can track your order and deliveries from Your Orders. Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details. You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number.
The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number. If you still can not get your tracking number, you can write to service@kywoo3d.com. We will help check your product tracking situation. Thank you!
5. Can I change the address on my order?
Customers can contact service@kywoo3d.com to change the delivery address before we ship out the order.
