Nice upgrade

Very nice silent board upgrade! Easy to change and very quiet operation.

Layer Shifting

I bought both a Tycoon and a Tycoon Max, the Max has had a layer shifting issue since the first couple days of use. The Tycoon has been much better but has still had a couple layer shifts.
Service has been responsive but hasn't come up with a solution in weeks... Which is very frustrating because I'm losing time and money with failed prints.
I'm starting to think the board is bad and needs to be replaced.

New V2 main board

I was very pleasantly impressed with the new V2 board. After 20 months of daily printing the V1 board quit. Replacing it took about an hour and voila, I was back in business. The delivery time was relatively fast, considering came 7,252 miles!
The new board is working very well and actually the prints are coming out better than the original one. I recommend the V2 board even if the original one still works.

Control board

The photo is not the same board as the one I received. I think mine was of a later
version. So the video was not correct for some of the connectors. A new
video should be made showing the new board. The touch sensor connectors were
the main problem. Had to cut one of the cable ties for the G, 5+, S to make the wires
longer for the touch connector to reach the pins on the board.

I bought the Max a while ago. I am fully satisfied. Now I wanted to make it a little quieter and ordered the Silentboard. Unfortunately this was defective. But I can and must say, Kywoo has great customer service. E-mails are answered super quickly and they always try to help as quickly as possible. The board will be replaced immediately. All I can say is thank you very much for the super fast help.
