magnetickou desku jsem obdržel a používám, je třeba vyrovnat osu z, používám ji za studena pak je vše ok

Impossible to remove prints

My first print is still stuck to this build plate. Metal putty knife can’t even get the print off. Junk after the first print! Sad….

Dear customer,
We are so sorry for the issue.
Pls note that you need to adjust the Z offset to a suit value. If the first layer is too close to the hotbed, it will be difficult to take off the prints. And pls note that the magnetic plate doesn't suit for PETG and TPU because they are too sticky. If you want to use these two kinds of filament, pls choose glass plate and PEI plate.
